Construction type:
Solid construction, remodeled areas done using prefabricated system 2000 (GDR), support, beam and slab system with exterior sandwich wall panels, in-situ concrete basement.
 
The building (two thirds finished by the GDR) was completed and a missing 6 storey complex was built (reinforced concrete skeleton structure with precast cladding panels)
The building is used as an office complex. Foundations on elastically-supported slabs. Partial flat green roof.
