Construction type, listed buildings 1 and 2:
built in 1860, brick with different types of ceiling/floor construction such as vaulted, ribbed and solid slab,
acing brick facade in red-brown,
octagonal pillars in “Sternsaal”, transverse arch impost blocks, steps and landings of Silesian granite.
New building for underground heating system:
Base, walls and floors in waterproof concrete
Materials used:
new floors in reinforced concrete,
emergency staircase in south-east wing of steel construction with reinforced concrete fire-resistant wall to building.
